• Must be a bona fide media organization that produces and publishes original content.
• Journalists must be on assignment from an approved outlet.

Freelancers, Photographers & Independent Journalists
Freelancers, photographers, and independent journalists are welcome to apply for media credentials, but must be officially assigned by a verified media outlet.
To qualify:
• You must be on assignment from an approved publication or media organization.
• Your assigning editor must contact the festival’s media team directly to confirm:
- Your assignment
- How you will cover the festival
- The expected publish date
• Approval must be received before credentials can be issued.

• All submissions are reviewed based on media space availability.
• You will receive a notification by Friday, May 1st.
• Submitting a form does not guarantee approval.
• No on‑site media requests will be accepted on the day of the event
